my first Capfin loan was easy, no long forms and the money came through. second time they asked more questions and i got declined. i guess affordability changed, but the decline message was too basic. would appreciate clearer reasons.
customer service is hit and miss. one agent was helpful, another just rushed me off the phone. debit went on the right day though and statements were available. i would use again only for emergency, not for normal spending.
