They approved me for R750 and i accepted the debit order, then nothing came for hours. i thought maybe scam but later support confirmed it was still processing. money came next morning. ok service but they must update the status better.
first loan went fine, second one was more admin. uploaded statements, then got another request for the same thing. maybe their system had a glitch. the consultant was polite but slow to reply on whatsapp. i would use them again only if not urgent.
my issue was with a double debit. they said refund will be sorted in a few business days but i had to keep phoning. eventually it was fixed, but yoh the waiting made me angry because that was my grocery money.
I got approved for a small amount with CrediWise and signed the debicheck. payout was not instant, it took almost the whole day, but the money arrived before close of business. for emergency it helped, but dont expect magic in 5 minutes.
