Login to DirectAxis

The DirectAxis personal account is an online self-service profile for customers who want to manage their DirectAxis loan account, update personal details, apply for future funding and use Pulse to view their credit health. The login page uses an email address or cellphone number together with a password.

How to register?

To create a DirectAxis online account:

• Open the DirectAxis registration page.
• Enter your name and surname.
• Add your cellphone number and email address.
• Enter your South African ID number.
• Create a secure password.
• Read and accept the DirectAxis account terms.
• Submit the registration form.

The password must have at least 8 characters, including 1 capital letter, 1 small letter and 1 number or special character.

How to Log In?

To log in to a DirectAxis account:

• Open the DirectAxis login page.
• Enter the email address or cellphone number linked to the profile.
• Enter the password.
• Accept the DirectAxis account terms shown on the login page.
• Click Login.

If the login details are correct, the customer can access the self-service dashboard.

Personal account features

A DirectAxis online profile can be used to:

• view the status of a loan account;
• update personal details;
• apply online for future funds;
• join Pulse and get a detailed view of credit health;
• use online self-service instead of calling for every basic account request.

For balances or statements, customers can also contact DirectAxis by phone or email. The official support page lists 021 764 3404 and CustomerCare@directaxis.co.za for statement and balance requests.

How to reset a password?

If a customer cannot remember the DirectAxis password:

• Open the DirectAxis login page.
• Click Forgot your password?
• Enter your email address or cellphone number to get a link to reset your
  password.
• Create a new password that meets the security requirements.
• Return to the login page and sign in with the updated password.

The password-reset link is shown directly on the DirectAxis login page.

How to delete an account?

DirectAxis does not publish a clear online button for deleting a web profile on the checked official pages. If the customer wants to close the loan account itself, they need to request a settlement amount, pay it within the agreed time frame and the account will be closed after settlement. The settlement support page gives 021 764 3404 as the contact number.

If the request is about removing online profile access or personal data rather than settling the loan, the safer route is to contact DirectAxis Customer Care and ask for the available account-closure or profile-deletion process.
