They are legit but not always easy to deal with when something goes wrong. I made an EFT and it didnt allocate fast, then i kept getting reminders. eventually fixed, but it made me nervous. keep proof of payment with these guys.
My debit date was wrong and sorting it out was a mission. call centre waiting time was long and every person told me a different thing. the loan itself was paid out quick, but after-sales service needs work serious.
I have used FinChoice for over a year and honestly the app is convenient. i can see my balance and request statements without calling. the loan helped with car repairs. rates are not cheap, so i only take when i know i can pay on time.
