I was declined after giving all my info and bank statements, which is fair, but the message was too vague. would be better if they tell you properly why. now i dont know if its my affordability or credit score. the site works fine but communication can improve.
I used lendplus twice before and first time was smooth. this last time the system kept asking me to confirm details again and again. customer care answered eventually but i had to explain my story three times. payout did come, just too much stress for a small loan.
Applied on a monday morning when my salary was still 4 days away. the app was straight forward and i got approved after uploading my statements. money came later that afternoon, not exactly 15 mins but still helped me sort out electricity and petrol. fees are high tho so dont play with the due date.
