Settled my loan and thought that was the end of it, but getting the paid-up confirmation took longer than expected. Had to follow up a few times because I wanted my records sorted. The staff were polite enough, just the process felt slow. Once the letter came through everything was okay.
Applied through the app and for days it still showed “in process”. When I phoned, I was told something different on their side. That was the frustrating part, not knowing whether I was approved, declined or still waiting. Please just update the app properly so people know what’s happening.
