Getting the Wonga loan was actually the easy part. My problem started later when I wanted clarity on what was showing on my account after I'd paid. Had to contact support a few times before I understood what was happening. Everything was eventually sorted but the follow-up could be much better.
Used Wonga twice when payday was still a week away. First loan was small and the application went through without me sending mountains of paperwork. Money came through and I paid it back on salary day. Convenient for emergencies, but I definitely wouldn't use a short term loan for normal monthly spending.
Wonga was one of the easier ones for me. I chose the amount and date, uploaded what they asked, and the loan was paid out same day. I like that you can see the total repayment before accepting. no surprises on debit day.
